Hi. I am Ken and I have been a self employed IT Support Engineer for 16 years and have worked in IT Support for almost 40 years. I do not claim to know everything there is to know about IT. What I do claim is to be able to help you with your IT support and needs with a smile and understanding attitude. I mainly support home users and small business. I am in my late 50's and I know how confusing a lot of people find computers, phones, tablets and technology. Most people are pushed into technology out of necessity not out of interest. If you feel like this I am more than happy to help. I do my very best to keep tech talk to a minimum and explain things in plain english. Excellent support from Ken once again. I have known Ken for over 14 Years. Telephone diagnosis, selected the necessary USB plugin thingy and sent me the link for purchase. Next day plugged it in and problem solved.

Can you come out to my home?
Yes. We are more than happt to come to you home.
Are you easy to find?
Yes. we are a home based business. Parking is usually pretty easy in the road outside.
Can I drop my PC off with you for repair?
Yes, many customers do. Leave it with us and we will have an initial look and then contact you about what is required. Please call to arrange a time to drop the machine in to ensure we are home.
Do you come out at weekends?
Under normal circumstances no but there is always the exception. If weekend work is required that is not a problem.
Do you support Apple Mac machines?
No we don't I am afraid. However I have a colleage who is a Apple engineer. His name is Robin Dover of Macs2U. His number is 01462 485561.
