This bespoke training is designed to embed equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across your educational establishment - enabling you to develop a highly inclusive culture. The training can be tailored to be delivered as part of an inset programme or CPD and comes with the option of accessing our additional resources. We offer a two and a half hour inset on: The Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty The nine protected groups Understanding and recognising different types of discrimination Exploring and tackling inappropriate language across your organisation Explore strategies for developing a more inclusive practice with students (planning, resourcing and delivering) Establishing an Equality Code for the school to tackle prejudice and discrimination We also offer a full day inset covering all of the above plus the following: Unconscious bias: Identifying and actively challenging our unconscious biases at play in the classroom Inclusive Practice audits and action planning
