Sports hall floor sanding
Restored well used sports hall flooring from looking drab and tired, to looking like it had just bee laid. Professional floor sanding was carried out before wood floor repairs, and then floor polishing with powerful orbital machines to achieve a smooth surface. A water based wood floor primer was applied to create a good bond between the wood surface and the water based finish coat and to prevent pannellisation. This was preferred to a solvent based finish which is far less hard-wearing.
