Induction Pack
This induction pack provides a cost-effective way of delivering the essential information on data protection, equality and diversity, and health and safety. An Introduction to Data Protection covers the fundamentals of the Data Protection Act 1998, including its overarching principles and what organisations must do to comply with them. An Introduction to Equality and Diversity looks at the Equality Act 2010 and the 'protected characteristics' that form the basis of the law, as well some of the barriers that can prevent equality being realised, such as prejudice, stereotyping, discrimination, victimisation and harassment. Health & Safety will provide both the employer and the employee, in any field of work, a comprehensive, basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
