Situated in the heart of Whitehaven, our branch is committed to providing sellers and landlords with a first class service which exceeds expectations. Homeowners can arrange a free valuation to sell their home, and landlords can request a free rental appraisal to let their property, with no obligation. Our service includes comprehensive advertising through Right Move, Zoopla, Primelocation, our own website and the Whitehaven News newspaper. Complementing the advertising is a dynamic service which involves: Selling Actively matching potential buyers via SMS, email and post, professionally negotiating the best price and thoroughly overseeing a successful sale through to completion. Letting Actively matching potential tenants via SMS, email and post, professionally negotiating a suitable tenancy agreement at the best price to maximise the landlord's return and overseeing the tenancy in line with the agreed service agreement.
