Inner Self Counselling was established in 2005 in Maldon Essex by Emma Wiffen Director & Counsellor, since then Inner Self now has 6 counsellors offering counselling to individuals, couples, children, young people and families through a wealth of experience and expertise from the team. Emma, Jo, Donna are the adult counsellors, with Sam and Clare offering a supportive service to children and young people aged 5 upwards.
