About us I have worked in the voluntary and local authority sectors for many years but have been interested in complementary therapies for many years and have enjoyed receiving treatments. Finally in 2015, I decided to train for a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the Seven Wellbeing Centre in Stockton. I have now also qualified in Indian head massage and am delighted to be qualified as a complementary therapist and able to help people by giving reflexology and Indian head massage treatments. My work experience and personal caring responsibilities have made me very aware of the circumstances, responsibilities and stresses that we all feel at various times in our life and the benefits that can be felt from therapies that help us to relax, rebalance our bodies and recharge our energy supplies! That is why I aim to ensure that everyone who chooses Reflexions is given a treatment that meets their needs in the environment that suits them best. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Federation of Holistic Therapists and Guild of Holistic Therapists and fully insured to carry out treatments.
