GDPR The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply throughout the UK from 25th May 2018. But what does this mean for your business? The principles of GDPR are similar to those in the Data Protection Act, so for many businesses, if you are compliant with the current law then your approach won't necessarily change too much. However, the GDPR brings with it some enhancements and new elements that will need to be addressed.
