Abriox offers a range of services aimed at making sure our customers are able to get the fullest possible value from their MERLIN system. Where practicable we will assist with installation and commissioning of MERLIN systems, including checking the best form of communication for each site. We work in collaboration with a number of CP service companies so, if a full installation project is required, we can "team" appropriately to provide this. Our MERLIN 2-day Training Course covers both hardware and software and can be tailored to specific customer needs. We provide this for end users, installers and CP consultants. After-sales Service Contracts are available for MERLIN monitors. Our standard warranty period is 12 months but this can be extended via a Service Contract.
