River Deep Mountain High offer a wide range of outdoor activities provided in the south of the Lake District between Eskdale, Coniston, Ambleside and Windermere. We use the best venues available for each of our activities; Canoeing, Gorge Walking, Climbing, Abseiling, Kayaking, Trail Biking, Mountain Biking, Sailing, Scrambling, Guided Walking and Archery. Our office base is in Lowick and Watersports base in Coniston. We provide quality equipment, fully qualified and friendly instructors and complimentary hot chocolate on all of our sessions.Since 2002 we have been on a mission to correct the largely held misconceptions about sports such as open canoeing and 'the type' of person that enjoys them. Our customers are usually between 30 and 60 and rather than being 'outdoor types', they are more likely to have never been in a canoe before. We do not see disabilities as a barrier to outdoor activities and pride ourselves on our ability to enable people to achieve what they want to.
