The demands now placed on men in terms of relationships and family, work, stress, finance, health, success and self-image can cause serious problems including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance dependency and life crises. Men can also experience difficulty in accessing services that reflect their needs As a male counsellor who has worked extensively with men of all ages, I draw on my wide experience and skills to support men in increasing their emotional health and living more fulfilled lives
