From ad-hoc to contractual, our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with everything from non-emergency patient transport, mental health transfers, bariatric patient transfers, patients with a DNAR Policy (End of Life Pathway) neonatal transfers (including incubators) and urgent care transport. Our target is to provide service users an ambulance within 90 minutes of booking when required. Over the past 3 years we have won 4 prestigious business awards and are also approved/validated by the Care Quality Commission, Investor in People, British Ambulance Association, Health and Safety Executive, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO22301: Business Continuity.
