Ultimate Support
Our service desk and engineers combine to provide an impressive level of support for your business. We schedule important work at weekends within the costs of your monthly retainer and do not limit the number . Cloud backup systems work via the internet and initiate a secure connection with the backup partner and backup the data to their data centre. The backup occurs whilst the laptop or desktop is connected to the internet and only the data that has changed is copied over. This saves time and internet traffic so that users are not disturbed whilst trying to browse websites as normal. Contact our sales department to discover what price plan we can offer based on how mauch data you currently have and how much you need to access regularly. If data is only accessed for historical purposes then often archiving data can be a good way of saving on internet backup cost and bandwidth rather than having all of the data constantly being checked and backed-up.
