Chris Hackett was formally Director of Procurement & Corporate Services at Anglia Ruskin University where he was responsible for a portfolio that included procurement, insurance, digital copy services and reprographics. These functions operated on a cross-campus basis and made maximum use of web and software techniques to drive effiencies across the organisation.We are an important provider of review, benchmarking and tendering advice services to the education sector. ExperienceAs managing partner Chris can bring 28 years experience of the Higher Education sector to the table. As well as being qualified in procurement his legal knowledge is reinforced through being a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators. Additionally as Deputy Secretary to the University Chris had considerable experience in dealing with Board members and preparing high level reports a range of issues connected with value for money and other issues.Through a network of qualified procurement colleagues he or his associates are able to provide interim support on procurement vacancies and tendering or special projects that a College or Board may wish to initiate.More recently printing and reprographic strategies have been added to his skill set and the importance of Digital Print strategies has been recognised as a key driver in enabling College and HEI's to implement large savings which also underpin the sustainability agenda.
