The second work model is the Blended model which offers the hiring of a designer or Developer + Project Manager. The third variety is the Bucket system in which the client can hire a Designer or Developer for 40 weeks with validity of 6 months. The fourth option is the Blended Bucket model that offers Designer or Developer + Project Manger for 40 stockpiled weeks with 6 months validity.
