Retired Builder will fix most of your home problems free! Trustworthy, Prompt, Clean & Tidy. You will have to pay for any materials that are required to do the job. I am NOT a Charity, I will gladly do your small jobs free, however I can only continue to provide this service by your kind donations to cover such things as fuel etc, so that you too will be helping other Pensioners. IMPORTANT: All work complies with current building regulations. I am not licenced for Gas Work, Electrical Work replacement only eg. change switches sockets etc. Please telephone Mobile: 07732104400 if you require me. My hope is to extend this service throughout South Manchester for the good of all Pensioners. Mike Rogerson (formerly Burnage Building Centre) 14 Devon Avenue M19.
