We are a charity that collects safe waste from business which can re-used as a low cost creative resource by our member groups. History of Children s Scrapstore Children s Scrapstore started off as a Friends of the Earth project in 1982, the first premises being a small operation in a garage. We moved several times over the years lasting around 15 years in a warehouse on Welsh Back in the harbour. We made a decision in 2000 to buy our own building and moved in to our very own home in St Werburghs in 2003
