We also have an Industrial Coatings Division offering non stick ptfe, corrosion and chemically resistant finishes, High temperature paint systems and nylon plastic coating. We also carry out thermal spraying and flame spray metallisation processes for corrosion or shielding protection in zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, bronze, brass and silver. We have paint stripping facilities capable of removing many layers of paint and also the ability to strip powder coating. Our alloy wheel refurbishment department restore tired or damaged wheels back to as new condition, we can offer both powder coating or wet spray systems in 2pk acrylic available in most BS and RAL colours. Our chemically resistant finishes include PTFE pfa, fep, dykor, peek, etfe and Halar fluorocarbon based fluoropolymer coatings.
