We quickly opened offices in Bolton on Dearne, Wombwell, Swinton & Parkgate to service the growing demand for a local estate agency under the umbrella name of Dearne Valley Property Centres We have since become one of the leading Estate Agents throughout the Dearne Valley offering a first class service where you will be dealing with one of our Directors We changed the name fundamentally because we expanded our expertise into selling houses all over the world and since 2004 under the name Excelsior Homes International we have sold homes in Spain, Tenerife, Florida, Turkey, Bulgaria and Cyprus Many people will have fond memories of ‘Tommy Tesch’s’ corner shop which is now our custom designed offices on the corner of the High Street which we moved into in 2004 under the name of Dearne Valley Excelsior At that time the business was called ‘Wath Property Centre’ but soon the reputation for excellent service grew and we were selling properties in all areas of the Dearne Valley
