Delivery across the UK
We will normally deliver standard Whitewood or American White Oak staircase within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of signed design drawing. Individual parts can be delivered in 2-3 working days (depending on stock levels). Any other hardwood staircase, including cut string, open rise, or ones with special parts are usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. When a staircase is delivered from Pear Stairs, the winder will have been disassembled. The straight legs of our staircase remain assembled to allow you to manoeuvre the staircase through the front door to its correct position. All parts are specially wrapped and labelled with the house/plot number and delivered in one of our vehicles.
