Jarret Street use Zavanti Construction Software to complete new German International School Project
The new campus consists of six state of the art buildings, including special rooms for art, music, sciences and IT, an indoor sports and multi-function hall, outdoor teaching space, and modern classrooms, providing more sufficient space for up to 350 students - from Preschool through to Year 12. Environmentally-friendly in design, the school is equipped with energysaving solar panels, a rain water tank, water-saving toilets, and recycling bins. Construction work commenced in February 2007 and was completed in early September 2008. The Jarret Street team benefited significantly from using Zavanti Construction ERP solution as their centralised project financial management tool for the duration of the development. By pulling traditional banks of project information together, the solution provided a single point of reference for all project-related documentation, eliminating data double entry, and facilitating better decision-making and increased operational efficiency. Zavanti's robust estimating capabilities were critical to the success of the project, enabling Jarret Street to quickly generate detailed and accurate estimates backed by cost, material, and labour details. In addition, the system's in-built customisable reporting functionality allowed Jarret Street to produce comprehensive reports with ease, based on their client's specific requirements.
