Community Centre With Payment System
A basic website for Carlisle's smallest community centre and meeting room. The committee were persuaded that they needed to be able to take money - at least the deposit online! After much resistance the system was set up to run two separate venues that we manage and has so far brought in well over £40,000 worth of revenue. This has eased the bringing in of money to keep the centre's future secure. The website was set up with search visibility in mind right from the start. and even without very much promotion - it has been visible enough to attract bookings from a wider area than Stanwix in Carlisle. http://stanwixcommunitycentre.org.uk/
