Carolina House Trust is an educational charity originally constituted in 1815 as the Dundee Orphanage, but today operational under the constitution approved by the Court of Session in June 2001 We provide individual packages of care and support to young people with complex needs from anywhere in Scotland, although the key priority areas we offer a service to, as defined in our constitution, are Dundee City, Angus and Perth & Kinross
