We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a high street. Our entrance is step-free Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. The shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space in some areas. No customer toilet in-store. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps If you’d like to chat with us before your visit or need specific assistance, please give us a call on 01245 260777 or email chelmsford@lush.co.uk. We’ll do everything we can to make your visit smooth and enjoyable.
