Unlike other people offering counselling or "life"coaching, we at Positve Solutions" offer actual physical anger and stress management relief by discussion based work and actual one to one physical stress relief programmes based in a martial arts gym. You will be able to look into ways of dealing with "life" issues, "stress" and "anger" issues by learning how to feel better about yourself with the added benefit of letting out "physical" based frustrations in a "closed gym session" environment and counselling sessions.All sessions are totally private and information is totally undisclosable to anybody apart from yourself and your mentor.At the conclusion of your mentoring course all information-if wished,will be destroyed.
