An exciting new development in Liverpool which has been designed with today's students in mind; where everything is just a little bit better than all the rest! Centrally located for both Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University you can't help but be impressed with the quality and features available. The accommodation offers students either Studio or Apartment living with features that include large screen TV's, building wide internet, leather sofas, on-site laundry, CCTV surveillance, games and common room; this combined with all inclusive utility bills and 8mb Broadband means you won't have any unwanted surprises. All rooms and Studios are en-suite and have double beds - single occupancy only. We're very excited and want to tell you all about our new accommodation at Grenville Street South.
