Isbi schools is a small family run company based in the wilds of Salisbury plain. It was established by Pat Carter more than 25 years ago, who, as a young army officer with the remit of offering parents advice on boarding school to service families, took advantage of the new computer technology of the time to create a more efficient way of providing information on schools to parents.
