Management consultancy offering interim management, consultancy, coaching, mentoring and training, specialising in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management, Change Management, Risk and Business Continuity Management across the UK, specializing in Cabinet Office Best Practice MSP, MoR and MoP. Based on my practical experience as a General Manager in the BBC, I have supported a number of organisations in the adoption of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management and in setting up major transformational change initiatives. I deliver consultancy and training based on OGC best practice products MoP, M_o_R, MSP and Prince2 and the APMG Change Management qualification. I have delivered Coaching, Consultancy and Training to a number of Local Authorities and Regional Development Agencies to enable them to adopt Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) as their Framework for managing numerous and complex Transformational Change Programmes and Projects, and MoR as their framework for Risk Management. I have undertaken a number of P3M3 assessments of organisations in the UK and abroad.
