They were given a deserved, rousing round of applause for a job well done and will be a hard act to follow.The 38th Woolpit Festival started on Friday June 7th with a Folk Concert at the Bull Inn featuring the Anglo French duo No Strings Attached, supported by Suffolk singer/songwriter Ellie Jamison plus guests All seats were sold, and we all enjoyed a wonderful evening.Then on Saturday 8th June we had a Drama Extravaganza for children aged 5 to 12 in the afternoon at in the Village Hall, run by our good friends from Bury St Edmunds' Theatre Royal Chairman, Jenny Semmens took the opportunity after the finale event, to thank the helpers, commitee and supporters in making our 38th Festival another cracking good festival
