Philip Dunbavin Acoustics was formed in Warrington, Cheshire in 1988. PDA's consultants undertake ADE sound insulation testing, noise surveys and provide expert analysis, advice and design in all areas of acoustics, particularly building acoustics, environmental and occupational noise. PDA also conducts BREEAM noise assessments and PPG 24 surveys. The company is a full member of the Association of Noise Consultants and all acoustic consultants are members of the Institute of Acoustics.
