Quadrivium Psychotherapy is a small, independent organisation that specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT). Quadrivium offers one to one psychotherapy to people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including depression, stress and anxiety. Quadrivium operates in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Middlesex in the south, and Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, North Leicestershire and South Yorkshire in the North. Cognitive Behavioural treatment helps people to identify unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving, and learn effective ways of coping so that they can help themselves maintain symptom relief and prevent relapse in the future. Quadrivium aims to make quality CBT accessible and affordable to a wide range of people. The focus on quality care and relapse prevention means clients get value for their investment. Quadrivium was established by two therapists, who both hold post graduate qualification in CBT and are members of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Both therapists hold full professional indemnity insurance, and receive regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD). Quadrivium adheres to the ethical framework for good practice as published by the BABCP.
