David Harting Surveyors Limited is a small independent firm providing residential surveying services to a broad and diverse range of clients throughout the North East of England. Our services include Valuation Reports for matrimonial, probate and taxation purposes. We also provide Homebuyer Surveys and comprehensive Building Surveys. All inspections are undertaken personally by David Harting BSc (EstMan) MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with extensive knowledge and experience of residential surveying services in the North East region. The firm is fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We always strongly recommend that you ask any surveying firm you are considering using to confirm that they are "Regulated by RICS", and that the service you are paying for will be carried out by a suitably qualified Chartered Surveyor. We normally strive to inspect a property within 2 to 3 working days of instruction if suitable access can be arranged. Report turnaround
