Business profile
Green Car Lease is a vehicle leasing company that specialises in offering customers the option to drive in a more environmentally responsible manner. This is done in two main ways - firstly Green Car Lease only offer the most environmentally firendly cars. Secondly Green Car Lease pay to offset the Co2 emissions from every vehcile contracted through Green Car Lease. This is done through investing in projects around the world that actively reduce Co2 emissions such as tree planting and paying for efficiency improvements in the developing world that result in less Co2 - e.g gas fuelled brick kilns in Nicaragua as opposed to traditional wood burners - each kiln reduces Co2 emissions by 250 tons per year compared to the traditional wood burners.
