Elaine Bishop is a fully qualified and experienced primary school teacher living in Grantham, Lincolnshire. She has a passion for teaching and especially one-to-one teaching because of the opportunity to teach really personalised lessons that address key issues that students are experiencing. Elaine Bishop is also a singing teacher, musical director and singer and performs regularly in the local area and beyond!Elaine Bishop has full CRB clearance as well as considerable experience of working across the primary sector (ages 4 - 11) as a teacher and across primary and secondary schools as a teaching assistant working with pupils with special educational needs. Elaine Bishop believes in a personalised approach to tutoring where the students needs are central.She is patient, understanding and flexible in her teaching and tries to engage students in their work. If this is not happening, she then adapts and uses a range of teaching styles to enable this to happen! Elaine Bishop is skilled at motivating students and in building their confidence and ability and is also very organised and approachable.
