We have a regular supply of wild shot Fallow deer and Roe deer from certified stalkers which make up much of the meat found in our own range of sausages, burgers and smaller steaks. However, our main asset is our herd of Red Deer which roam freely in the 35 acre park situated in the South Cotswolds. Here we can manage the deer in a natural environment to ensure we consistently provide you with some of the highest quality cuts of venison available on the market today and with 100% traceability.
