Welcome to the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club. Our shooting ground is located on the A638 Doncaster / Wakefield Rd, just two miles west of Junction 38 of the A1, which places us in easy reach of the Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley and Wakefield areas, please visit our website for contact details, directions to our ground and more information about our club. Our Club holds a Section 11/6 Dispensation Certificate, this dispensation allows people aged 16 and over who do not have a license or a gun to shoot with us under the Instruction of our Coaches. Our "Have a Go" sessions are held on alternate Sunday mornings, and are very popular and must be pre-booked. Our club was formed in 1954, which makes us one of the oldest clubs in Yorkshire that is owned and managed by the members, we operate on a "Not for Profit" basis which helps us keep our prices as competitive as possible.
