At Evolve we offer a secure and confidential professional relationship through which problems are identified, discussed and transformed in the privacy of regular meetings. We believe that by sensitively exploring the impact of engrained patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour the possibility of choice - and of change - is enhanced. Our approach aspires to being consistently thoughtful, sensitive, helpful and respectful, and is informed by the ethical framework of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
