The Smithy Our retail shop is situated in the historic village of Widecombe-in-the-moor, set in the glorious countryside of the Dartmoor National Park. The shop specialises in top name ceramics from the likes of Moorcroft, Royal Doulton and Royal Crown Derby to name but a few. It has operated from its present location since the early 70s, although the family run business has traded in the village since the early 30s. The current owners ( Roger and Ginny Harris ) have had many years of retail and wholesale experience between them and offer a friendly and knowledgeable service. Having traded for so many years, the shop has quite an extensive stock of discontinued English made Royal Doulton, many of which are limited editions. Moorcroft also spans many different designs, limited editions and numbered editions.
