Horn Development & Associates is an independent Association that empowers the local community to rebuild their sustainable livelihood. We aim to provide skills and knowledge that are, helping them to overcome the inequality that limits their ability and to improve their self reliance, and to have a transferable skills to challenge the causes of diversity and poverty.HDA- Helps the Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) from diversity backgrounds, but not exclusively to access opportunities in South Wales. Caters for people defined as 'hard to reach' and who face disadvantages in learning and training. Supports people to move into employment or establish their own businesses. Works with local schools, colleges and universities to spread awareness in young people for the best transition from education to work.
