Heath Lodge is a Grade II listed building set in grounds of approximately 1 ½ acres with stunning viewsoverlooking the Tamar Valley, which is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. The building dates back to the early 1800's and would have been part of the original Edgecumbe Estate. The first tenant was a Miss E Pearce (a lady of independent means) who tenanted the house along with 10 acres. During the late 1800s the Lodge was enlarged to coincide with mining activity in the area.
