We offer complete service and maintenance for solar photovoltaics and solar hot water systems. We will come and have a look at you system and check that is has been installed correctly and that there is no problems with the mounting system and that it is designed to the correct specifications. The image here shows a system that was mounted using the wrong mounting brackets and the specifications were all wrong, resulting in one of the mc3 connectors to blow. The panel output voltage was too high for the inverter, resulting in the short. We had to take off all of the collectors and re mount them and change the inverter for one that had the correct specifications. The result was a happy customer, even though she had lost a few months of FITs payments.
