When you first met me, I was overweight, eating unhealthily, terribly unfit and with a scarily high blood pressure reading. 6 weeks later, I have dropped 1 STONE of body fat I have dropped down a size in all my clothes, whilst having lean muscle in the right places. Not only do I look better, I feel 1000% better too. The eating plan you have put together for me has been sensible and easy to follow, whilst allowing me treats. The exercise has been challenging but fun, as you keep it fresh every week. I now feel full of energy every day and motivated, his is down to your expertise, understanding and patience. Your enthusiasm and passion inspire me and I cannot recommend you highly enough.
