Although we have buffet menus to choose from you can customise your own so that you get exactly what you want. Each hog roast venue can be different however we normally set up outside the venue. We provide an enclosure to cover all of our equipment, although we can cater inside if required providing it is a downstairs venue with wide enough entrance points.A basic hog roast consists of: Spit roasted pig, Bread bun, Sage and onion stuffing, Apple sauce, Condiments, 1 Carver,1 server, Disposable plates, cutlery, napkins.
