We create strong visual identities - This can include creation of logos, understanding identity placement (i.e. where your logo should be seen and how, what your consistent colours scheme should be, how not to use your identity, how to apply your new visual identity to application to social media etc), your "tone of voice" (young and hipster or corporate and commanding?) and ensure you have a clear picture of how you want your customers to remember you.
