Business profile
Architectural Photographer and Interior Photographer
Chris Humphreys is an architectural and interior photographer based in Edinburgh, working throughout Scotland, London and the UK.
With over 10 years experience as a professional photographer, he has worked with many of the leading home and interior design magazines in addition to writing for magazines, and has built up a loyal client base who value his flexible approach and ability to deliver consistently stunning images.
Chris also happens to be an architect, so has a unique ability to see architectural and interior design and buildings through the interior designers' eyes, and produce striking images that capture the original design intent.
Chris has beautifully captured a number of our completed projects, offering images with outstanding composition and quality of light, and importantly, conveying the life and activity that occur within the spaces of our new and refurbished buildings. Highly recommended
Mark Ellson - Holmes Miller Architects
blown away
As a main contractor working primarily in London, this was our first time using Chris and what a great decision that was! He was responsive and incredibly patient with us and has showcased our project beautifully. The photographs are better than we could have imagined and both our client and professional teams were blown away with the results too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris.
Robyn Hammond - 8Build
Holiday Let recommendation
We engaged Chris for a photo shoot at our Highland property. His photographs, manner and professionalism were first class. We'd recommend him to anyone looking for creative, high quality photography.

architectural photography
Chris has photographed many of our projects and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. As an architect himself he understands how to capture the design intent and communicate this though really great finished images
Tim Beecher - Beecher Architect
show home photography
The photographs Chris takes of CALA's showhomes both internally and externally are always of a high quality. We use these photographs in press, for award entries, on our website and in brochures.
Chris works well with the team at CALA, he is flexible in his working hours and will do all he can to ensure we get the key shots we need in time for our often tight deadlines.
