I have had generalised anxiety disorder for over 25 years. Mental illness is something which is both misunderstood and not taken seriously enough in the UK. A lot of people with anxiety disorders feel isolated. I kept my mental illness a secret until I built a website and shared my own personal story. I give free help, support and advice to other people with anxiety disorders. I offer one to one free counselling.
