About Us

RMG has successfully positioned itself within the recruitment sector as an executive search consultancy of distinction. RMG takes pride in recruiting outstandingly-talented people who make a significant and lasting impact. Established in 1994, we're proud to be fiercely independent. Working across a range of sectors, on both a national and international level, our team of dedicated consultants pride themselves on having the specialist knowledge and experience needed to find the right people, every time. Of course, this success also relies on a thorough appreciation of each client's business, something we go out of our way to achieve. Many clients regard us as a vital part of their business strategy, exemplified by the fact that several clients have continually retained our services years.
