If you don't currently have an in-house project function within your organisation, Argon PM help you create your project team, develop project capability and get you delivering projects
What we don't do
Over the short term contract project managers are a useful fix, but often they do not understand the culture or services of a company, and can struggle to fully implement projects. They are also expensive! Argon are not here to deliver your projects. Our mission is to help companies develop their own capability so they can deliver their own projects. We take your existing staff and coach them so that they can deliver your projects
