Are you looking for quality sales or marketing professionals and associated managers? Then talk to PLACe - we specialise in this field because it's what we know!We only send you the people who will meet the requirements of your position and who may be the right fit for you and your business. We will not send you irrelevant CVs; and as a bonus we do it at a seriously attractive rate!We take time to understand your company culture and compile a thorough description of the position to make sure we find you a candidate with a better fit.We always discuss the position thoroughly with a potential candidate to ensure they fully understand the role and the opportunities. We always take up informal references so that we know more about a candidate than a CV alone can tell us.Marketing is a complex and ever changing area of business. It is very important, but smaller companies often make the mistake of pushing this responsibility onto the sales team, or not treating it as a separate activity.Marketing is too important to treat as an after thought, and sales people are too important to divert from their prime task of gaining sales for you. PLACe can find you the marketing capability you need.
