Monitored Homecare and Security
When Pro-tect activates and connects with our monitoring station it tells the monitoring station which detection unit has activated and opens up two way voice communication. We can listen to what is happening at the premises and talk with you. If it's a false alarm we will quickly close down the activation; if we have reason to believe that a genuine activation is in progress we will act according to protocols designed to best protect and help you. With security and medical information held on a secure network, customers benefit from peace of mind knowing that should a security or medical alert generate a confirmed alarm, we are in a position to respond immediately by alerting the emergency services if necessary* or by contacting a key-holder whom we can explain the situation to.
